In order to manage the overwhelming demand for clinical appointments, we will be incorporating the use of a digital platform for appointment requests called AccurX. This will hopefully drastically improve the wait times for routine appointments. Here is a short YouTube tutorial which will help you understand how the new system will work at our surgery once we launch the new system:
As a result, there may be some slight delays whilst staff and patients adjust to the new appointment system.
