The team at Thorpe-Le-Soken Surgery have been listening to the comments and feedback from patients. Now that COVID-19 restrictions have eased we are pleased to announce the changes we have made.
Appointments can now be booked on the day and we have pre-bookable appointments. There will be a steady release of slots which can be booked either in person, online or by telephone. The number of slots available will be determined by availability of clinical staff and clinical space and priorities, you will still need to provide a brief description of your need to ensure you are booked with the most appropriate clinician.
The clinical team is made up of:
- GPs (Doctors)
- ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioner/prescriber)
- ECP (Emergency Care Practitioner/Paramedic)
- Practice Nurse
- HCA (Healthcare Assistant)
